Please be on time, otherwise your treatment might be reduce to allow enough time for the next client.

Please read your confirmation & reminder email for location and parking details. Also, please fill up all the forms before hand to be able to use your allocated time for treating your skin.

It's in your advantage to take of your top, be ready for that please. Privacy and covering towel will be provided.

You will be asked to take off your neckless and possible your earing. If possible, take them off before the treatment.

If you need to order a taxi at the end of the treatment, please either pre-book it or let me know at the beginning of the appointment so I can order one for you and avoid waiting outside, if other client is booked to come in.

Please, if possible, take your make-up off before the appointment to maximised the use of time. If it's not possible, come 5 min earlier and you will find everything you need in the bathroom.

If you go out after the facial and wish to wear make-up, please add the Make-up add on and I will apply post-facial skin-friendly make-up for you.

Any adjustments you may need before, during or after the face treatment, please let me know in advance and I will do my best to help you with it.
